And I'm terrible at many things. Staying in one place too long, focusing on things that bore me, resisting sweets, patience when I'm tired or hungry... For years, I went from city to city and place to place, until —rooted in the need to find my place of belonging—I found my true work— supporting others to find their places of connection.

For over a decade, I’ve helped individuals and couples navigate major change effectively through both the non-traditional coaching company, Whole Life Solutions, and with nearly 1000 couples on both coasts through Seventh Sense Weddings & Events. I have also studied the work of John Gottman, James Clear, and others on what makes successful relationships work and how to effectively build habits and navigate change.
